CROISSANT FRENCH TOAST

Rick's Croissant French Toast


Ingredients


  • 2 Butter Croissants

  • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten

  • 2 Oz. Milk

  • 1 Tbsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Box Raspberries

  • 1 Box Blueberries

  • 1 Box Strawberries, halved

  • 1/2 Cup Honey

  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced

  • Pinch of Salt


Mix eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and salt.


Dip both sides of sliced croissants into egg mixture for a light coating - not soggy!


Melt butter in fry pan, add egg coated croissants and cook both sides until lightly browned.


Place on a plate and spoon on berries...


Mix berries, honey, and lemon juice in a 9"x9" baking dish.


Roast in 400 degree preheated oven for 6-8 minutes - until berry mixture is bubbling and reduced down. Remove from oven and spoon over croissants.


Dust with powdered sugar for a fancy touch & say YUM!
