DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ROCKY ROAD CAKE
Rick's Double Chocolate Rocky Road Cake
Ingredients
1 Package Duncan Hines Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 - 8 Oz. Jar Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
1 Cup Water
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup Miniature Marshmallows
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Cup Ghiradelli, bittersweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour angel food cake pan or bundt cake pan - 12 cup capacity.
In bowl, mix walnuts, marshmallows, and chocolate chips and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, mayonnaise and water with hand mixer or on low until blended, then on medium for 2 minutes.
Fold in dry ingredient bowl. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 45 minutes then test - if tester does not come out clean, bake another 2-5 minutes more each time until the tester comes out dry.
Put on cooking rack for 15 minutes then remove from pan to serving plate. Dust with Ghiradelli Ground Chocolate and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Cut into thin slices and serve.
